Wine knowledge, menu ingredients and culinary history specific to your operations. *We will also offer to develop simple yet comprehensive training manuals, both for your front and back of the house staff. We can design position specific detailed job descriptions that you can modify and specialize. **Another service we offer is creating menu description and ingredient detail. Your whole staff benefits from being able to answer any question asked. Let us spend the time making sure your staff spends there time serving and interacting. ***One other service we offer is to take the menu descriptions a bit further. HACCP standards may be a bit too intensive for many hospitality operations yet some of the details that are involved are great ways to keep your operation in-line with the standard you can easily achieve with minimal effort as well as keep you covered from unpredictable events.
